She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s from Jadavpur University, Kolkata with Political Science, and International Relations respectively with specialization on Southeast Asia. She completed her MPhil at the Institute of Foreign Policy Studies, University of Calcutta. She participated in various national and international conferences and workshops organized by the Institute of Foreign Policy Studies, IIT Chennai, and Indian Association for Asian & Pacific Studies, Jadavpur & Presidency University, University of Calcutta and CENERS-K and have publications to her credit. One of her articles has been documented in the Indian Parliamentary Library for the year 2018 under the Defence Relations section.

Dr. Vivek Chemmacheri Kokkammadathil is an Honorary Post- Doctoral Fellow at the Institute of Contemporary Chinese Studies (ICCS), Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kerala, and earned his PhD from the School of International Relations and Politics (SIRP) at MG University, Kottayam, under the supervision of Dr. C. Vinodan, Director of SIRP. His doctoral research focused on Disaster Management, specifically Disaster Risk Reduction in South Asia. As a post-doctoral fellow, his current research involves a comparative analysis of disaster risk management policies and practices in India, China, and the United States.
Dr. Rini Rachel Abraham is an engineer turned social science major holding Ph.D from the University of Kerala on South-South Development Cooperation with a special focus on India’s role in South Asia and how India’s development cooperation differs from that of China.
She has published in reputed academic journals, including articles on China’s Belt and Road Initiative and its implications for India. Her areas of special interest include South Asia, India- China studies, Indo-Pacific and West Asia.
Dr. Rini Rachel Abraham is now engaged in further research in the area of China’s Indo-Pacific strategy at the ICCS.
Faculty of Political Science at CMS College Kottayam (Autonomous) and a researcher at the School of International Relations and Politics, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala working on the Topic: China’s Strategic Engagements in South Asia: A comparison of Sino-Indian and Sino -Pakistan Ties. He has presented papers relating to theme at the International Studies Association (ISA) at Baltimore, Maryland, USA and at the conferences and workshops organized by the Institute of China Studies (ICS) at O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat and Shiv Nadar University, Greater Noida. He has published articles in various journals and has written short commentaries for various online portals. He is a member of the Indo- Pacific Circle and his areas of interest include Indian and Chinese Foreign Policy, Middle Eastern and South Asian Politics and Non Traditional Security.
